This listing is for a handmade fabric mask that is classic and sophisticated.
Use it now and save it for later in the year when flu season and other viruses return! Great for any Red Raider graduate, student, or family. If you have to wear a mask, you might as well make it a cool one that represents OUR school!
STYLE: Choose from eight different styles: Red Houndstooth, Black Houndstooth,, Camouflage, Pixels, Red Scatter, Buffalo Check, or Power Red, and Blackout.
**Blackout** -- black fabric with double T patch on a black background
** Red Raider Nation** -- Black background with silhouettes of basketball players and a double T patch
**Black Houndstooth** -- black and white houndstooth check pattern
**Red Houndstooth** -- red and white houndstooth check pattern
**Pixels** -- random red, black and white pixel square patterns
**Camouflage** -- random red, black, gray, and white camouflage pattern

ITEM DETAILS: 3 layers, including 2 layers of quilter's grade cotton and a layer of medium duty polyester interfacing as recommended by the CDC. Fabric has been pre-washed to pre-shrink the fabric and set the colors. This mask is pleated on the sides and features 3/8" grosgrain ribbon for ties. The sides are triple stitched for heavy use. Sized at approximately 8 1/2" wide by 3" tall.
All masks are fully reversible. Some masks feature a small APPLIQUED Texas Tech symbol that is cut from licensed fabric. The "Blackout" and "Tech Has My Heart" masks features a large APPLIQUED Texas Tech symbol that is cut from licensed fabric.
CARE: Machine wash or hand wash in hot soapy water. Iron the cotton part of the mask as needed. Do not use bleach when washing these masks because the bleach may weaken the fabric fibers.
Wash masks regularly. DO NOT wear a wet or damp mask. Wet or damp masks are more likely to hold or transmit viruses.

I take pride in quick shipping of in stock items. In stock orders placed before noon Central time are generally shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Items not deliverable or returned to me for incorrect address (I ship directly off of the address you provide) will be held for 45 days after purchase. After that time, the order will be marked complete. It is your responsibility to send me a corrected address within 30 days of purchase, but I will email you if I receive a package that is returned. This policy has been added since a few customers have waited 3-6 months before responding to me -- and my inventory has typically rolled over by then.
Custom items are dependent upon current order backlog and will ship as soon as the item is made. I do try to give an estimated ship date when an order is placed.

With the latest developments of the coronavirus pandemic, I am not currently accepting returns on any merchandise. If you have a problem with an order, please contact me. Of course, if I am in error or the product is damaged, I will gladly replace any items necessary.
Due to the custom nature of my items, refunds for handmade items are not typically accepted.
At certain times during the year, I do accumulate a rather large backlog. If you are unable to wait for a custom order to be completed, I will cancel your order IF it has not been started yet.
If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, I will do my best to resolve any issues through repair or replacement of the item as needed.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS MADE? I typically have a backlog of orders (orders come in faster than I can make them.) As such, please check my information page where I try to update my backlog schedule on a weekly basis. This information will tell you how far behind I currently am and when you may expect your item to be produced.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ITEMS? I do my best to ship stock items EVERY BUSINESS DAY (does not include Saturday or Sunday.) Items purchased BEFORE NOON Central Time are usually shipped same day. Handmade items depend upon the backlog in my store, but I try to get these out as quickly as possible -- but I have to make them first!
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? Absolutely no returns on CUSTOM ORDERS OR SALE PRODUCTS unless I have made something in error (such as misspelled your name on an embroidered item, made with the wrong fabric, etc)
Stock items may be returned if they are in NEW and UNUSED condition. You MUST contact me within 7 days of receipt and BEFORE you return the item(s) within 14 days of sale. If you do not contact me before returning your item(s), your returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDED on returns, and you must send the item back at your own cost unless I am at fault.
WILL YOU MAKE SOMETHING NOT SHOWN IN YOUR STORE? Yes! I will try my best to accommodate any special requests! Several of my products resulted from custom order requests.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE? No, I am an online retailer only and work out of a dedicated shop at my home. I live near Nashville, Tennessee. USA Shipping East of the Mississippi typically takes 2 business days, USA Shipping West of the Mississippi takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, I have shipped worldwide for several years. I DO NOT declare items as a gift (this is illegal.) You are responsible for any customs or duty charges when a product enters your country.
PACKAGE RETURNS // MISSING PACKAGES
I do my best to promptly ship packages. Please note that I have no control over a package once I deliver it to the Post Office. As such, if a package is returned to me because it cannot be delivered or if it becomes missing once accepted at the USPS, you must contact me within 30 days. At that time, an appropriate decision will be made to either cancel the order or refund the purchase. IF YOU CONTACT ME after 30 days of purchase, I will not offer a refund or reship option.
