Sometimes you want to make something for baby or as a gift, but you don't want to get stuck with a lot of leftover supplies or mass produce the same item. Here is where this listing comes in!
Ribbon Pieces: Choose your quantity. Then, select from the color schemes listed.
LENGTH: Each ribbon piece is approximately 4 to 4.5 inches long. This size gives plenty of room for looping or double ribbon to sew into toys.
WIDTHL: Size varies from 1/4" to over 2" wide. The SMALL ribbons range from 1/4" to 3/8" in size.
The LARGE ribbons range from 5/8" to 2" (with the majority in the 5/8" and 7/8" width.)
MATERIALS: Ribbons consist of a variety or woven, grosgrain, cotton, and satin ribbons. Some are solids and some are printed. NO METALLIC ribbons will be included for baby safety.
What does MULTIPLE SIZE mean? It means that you will receive both small and large ribbons. My general packaging rule is:
25 pieces == 13 small ribbons + 12 large ribbons
50 pieces == 25 small ribbons + 25 large ribbons
100 pieces == 50 small ribbons + 50 large ribbons
I try my best NOT to duplicate ribbons per package. That means if you purchase a 50 piece assortment, I will try not to duplicate any ribbons.
There MAY be duplicates if you select more than one package. If you choose a quantity of 2 packs of 25 ribbons, I pack these ahead of time and you may receive a duplicate that is found in both packs.

COLOR VARIATIONS: Select from a GENDER SPECIFIC assortment of 25 boy or 25 girl ribbons or a RANDOM assortment of 50 or 100 pieces.
What is the difference? The GENDER SPECIFIC assortment or boy ribbons WILL NOT include ribbons with pink or purple in them. The RANDOM assortments will include a mix of ALL COLORS. The RANDOM assortment will give you a nice range of patterns in all color schemes. You will see a much better variety of ribbons patterns and colors with the random assortment.

International buyers must provide their shipping address in English.
I take pride in quick shipping of in stock items. In stock orders placed before noon Central time are generally shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Items not deliverable or returned to me for incorrect address (I ship directly off of the address you provide) will be held for 45 days after purchase. After that time, the order will be marked complete. It is your responsibility to send me a corrected address within 30 days of purchase, but I will email you if I receive a package that is returned. This policy has been added since a few customers have waited 3-6 months before responding to me -- and my inventory has typically rolled over by then.
Custom items are dependent upon current order backlog and will ship as soon as the item is made. I do try to give an estimated ship date when an order is placed.

With the latest developments of the coronavirus pandemic, I am not currently accepting returns on any merchandise. If you have a problem with an order, please contact me. Of course, if I am in error or the product is damaged, I will gladly replace any items necessary.
Due to the custom nature of my items, refunds for handmade items are not typically accepted.
At certain times during the year, I do accumulate a rather large backlog. If you are unable to wait for a custom order to be completed, I will cancel your order IF it has not been started yet.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS MADE? I typically have a backlog of orders (orders come in faster than I can make them.) As such, please check my information page where I try to update my backlog schedule on a weekly basis. This information will tell you how far behind I currently am and when you may expect your item to be produced.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHIP ITEMS? I do my best to ship stock items EVERY BUSINESS DAY (does not include Saturday or Sunday.) Items purchased BEFORE NOON Central Time are usually shipped same day. Handmade items depend upon the backlog in my store, but I try to get these out as quickly as possible -- but I have to make them first!
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? Absolutely no returns on CUSTOM ORDERS OR SALE PRODUCTS unless I have made something in error (such as misspelled your name on an embroidered item, made with the wrong fabric, etc)
Stock items may be returned if they are in NEW and UNUSED condition. You MUST contact me within 7 days of receipt and BEFORE you return the item(s) within 14 days of sale. If you do not contact me before returning your item(s), your returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDED on returns, and you must send the item back at your own cost unless I am at fault.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE? No, I am an online retailer only and work out of a dedicated shop at my home. I live near Nashville, Tennessee. USA Shipping East of the Mississippi typically takes 2 business days, USA Shipping West of the Mississippi takes anywhere from 3-5 business days.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, I have shipped worldwide for several years. I DO NOT declare items as a gift (this is illegal.) You are responsible for any customs or duty charges when a product enters your country.
PACKAGE RETURNS // MISSING PACKAGES
I do my best to promptly ship packages. Please note that I have no control over a package once I deliver it to the Post Office. As such, if a package is returned to me because it cannot be delivered or if it becomes missing once accepted at the USPS, you must contact me within 30 days. At that time, an appropriate decision will be made to either cancel the order or refund the purchase. IF YOU CONTACT ME after 30 days of purchase, I will not offer a refund or reship option.
