HOW TO USE: These toy keys may be added to toys by looping a ribbon through the keyhole and sewing into a toy. Alternately, simply attach to a stroller with a baby link
.CLEANING: Hand washing with soap and water is recommended. If toy is attached to a cloth baby item, machine wash or hand wash in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry.
SAFETY: These wavy teethers meet FDA and EN71 safety standards and are BPA approved (meet BPA guidelines for baby toys.)

International shipping is expensive. There is just no way around it. Shipping for small amounts up to 8 ounces is typically the same charge (around $14 US.) Over 8 ounces, the price steps up dramatically.
I mark exact costs and do not mark as a gift. You are responsible for any duties that your country charges you.

I take pride in quick shipping of in stock items. In stock orders placed before noon Central time are generally shipped the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Items not deliverable or returned to me for incorrect address (I ship directly off of the address you provide) will be held for 45 days after purchase. After that time, the order will be marked complete. It is your responsibility to send me a corrected address within 30 days of purchase, but I will email you if I receive a package that is returned. This policy has been added since a few customers have waited 3-6 months before responding to me -- and my inventory has typically rolled over by then.
Custom items are dependent upon current order backlog and will ship as soon as the item is made. I do try to give an estimated ship date when an order is placed.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS MADE? I typically have a backlog of orders (orders come in faster than I can make them.) DO YOU OFFER RETURNS? Absolutely no returns on CUSTOM ORDERS OR SALE PRODUCTS unless I have made something in error (such as misspelled your name on an embroidered item, made with the wrong fabric, etc)
Stock items may be returned if they are in NEW and UNUSED condition. You MUST contact me within 7 days of receipt and BEFORE you return the item(s) within 14 days of sale. If you do not contact me before returning your item(s), your returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDED on returns, and you must send the item back at your own cost unless I am at fault.
