USE: Sound / noise maker insert used for creating items such as baby toys, pet toys, kids parties, and items used in celebrations (party toys.) This toy is commonly known as as a bird tweeter, but it has also been referenced as a squirrel sound (often found in dog toys.)

HOW TO USE: Simply insert this item inside and sew up the item you are making. This toy makes its sound when you shake it back and forth. It features an outer tube with holes in one end. Inside is a large spring and a smaller piece with a hole in the middle that slides back and forth along the spring. When the toy part is shaken, the sound is made when air passes through the hole of the inner part as it slides from side to side.

CLEANING: Once sewn into a toy, you can machine wash/hand wash and machine dry/hand dry the toy as you normally would.

SAFETY: These columns are tested to meet EN71 safety standards.



Part of the reason I got away from making items for kids, too, was the difficulty in finding the right materials that I wanted to use for my items -- especially kid and pet toys. When I did find materials, they were usually so expensive that I could not justify using them.

While I continue to make products in my store on a limited basis (mostly organizers), I want to share my original patterns for other people to make. My patterns will be offered very soon (I am still finishing the final touches.) And, I am offering these supplies so that anyone can have fun creating just like I did.
